Last class

I have been through this journey and can honestly made me think differently about education. I know I am ready to get out of the classroom and become an educational leader. But I question so much about the system and is it working. Teachers are made to do more and more with less and less for what? We are never appreciated and never compensated for the work we do each and every day. So I question if I am to become a leader what could I do to really assist teachers?
